You can edit your profile easily go to My account, choose My profile and then select profile list and then choose edit my profile.

From My account choose My profile, select profile list, choose edit my profile and then click on Edit details, enter your new password and click save button.

If you forgot your username or password click on forgot my password, from the login form enter your email and an email will be sent to you with your password.

After activating your account, you will be able to schedule your sessions. From My account choose My schedule option and choose the time range and the days that you prefer taking your sessions in and the schedule will be automatically send to your Profile.
15- Can I reschedule my sessions?
Contact the customer care and they will take the necessary procedures to reschedule your sessions.
16- Do I have to inform about my absence?
You have to inform the customer care departments about your absence to be able reschedule your missed session.
